the sugar in methadone?

hello, my neighbor says that somebody at the methadone clinic told her that methadone is like pure sugar, to the point where a 100 ml dose has the same amount of sugar as a 12 pack of mountain dew, so basically somebody who is on a 100 ml dose drinks enough sugar to equal a 12 pack of mountain dew every morning when they take their dose? She thinks this could be why she gained weight when she was on the methadone clinic. what is the actual amount of sugars in methadone syrup? I don't think it's that much.....

its not the methadone, its the tang they mix in it and NO lol it is not that much its maybe as much as a small glass of kool-aid or tang
