this is not a question it is a solution.... I am on day 120 i have been addicted to coke, heroin, alchohol benzos for at least 10 years I found the solution within myself, beliving that I was capable got me this far and I highly reccomend meetings na or aa.......if anyone wants to talk anytime and is struggling please dont hesitate..
