Whay Sub dose are you on and for how long? If you're stabilized on anything over .5mg a day I'd suggest you taper further.

I did the Thomas receipe (w/out the Valium and Immodium) and I do think it helps!  Also, drank/drink ALOT OF WATER and TRY to get some sort of exercise... walking, jumping jacks, whatever works to get your blood flowing. I'm on day 18 off of Norco 8-10 a/day and am FINALLY able to sleep at night; Still having a slow return to my mo-joe/energy level but I heard that thats the last to return... I can't WAIT for that to return... But I will because I've come this far and towards the end of my addition I didn't have any energy either...unless I took the Norco which only made me feel WORSE after a while.... It really catches up to your body fast to the point that you only THINK you need more to do more.... Vicious cycle of the drug!  HANG IN THERE... CUZ EVERYDAY is a WAY BETTER DAY than when you were using.
