time flies

53 days today. Man time is really flying by. You know when u first start out you're counting the seconds after a couple weeks you just quit looking at the clock so much and the days just zip by.
I feel ok just still tired but I think that may have a lot to do with my rheumatoid arthritis.  Been reading a lot on that.
I don't think about the pills too much. Every now and then some do but when I do I don't have that strong urge to run out snd get any. Not to mention trying to scrounge up money to get, gas to get there and waiting on the jerk to meet up with me and hoping they show up. Wow. That's exhausting.

Oh well I'm just rambling. But I'm still clean.

Have a great day peeps.

Hey dede, congrats on the 53 days!  I remember I counted the days for like the first month or two.  Then, I just stopped counting.  I focus on today only.  I guess for me, and it's really different for everyone, if I keep thinking of the number of days, then I start thinking about pills, and getting them, and such.  For some, it helps to keep track of each day. Whatever helps you the best.  I'm kind of wired a little differently, or so I'm told. (Smile)

Anyway, keep moving forward, and staying positive and focused.  If you can get yourself outside in the fresh air, it will really helps with the fatigue.  Best wishes!

Hey Dede awesome on 53 days!

I have RA too.  The thing that has helped me the most with this is hot yoga and infrared saunas.  Have you ever tried either of these?  Also, curcumin- natural anti inflammatory that you can buy at the health food store.
You're doing great girl.  Keep it up.

Wow, you mean I have something to look forward to? If I do 53 days IN A ROW (guess that matters, ha ha.) Don't see anything to look forward right now so I'm gonna believe you!

Love what you wrote about waiting for the jerk w/ the pills to show up! The things we do, huh?

Hey I wAs wondering about you.  Glad you are still hanging in there. I hope I start feeling better in a month or so. Like I said still not having great energy.

So good to hear from you. Wish I lived near the beach. Lol. Although my brothers sister in law has a condo in Mexico Beach. We go there about every summer.  Hopefully I can go this year also.

I think of you often bc today is day 54 for me!    It's good to hear from you!  I hear you!  I am about the same as you described!   Whew!  It's been a looong 53/54 days!  Or at least for me it has!

I have been reading about recovery and what most people find is that at the 3 or 4 month mark....that they start to feel really normal again.  That their energy and strength comes back!   I guess that puts us around the end of July (3 months) and August??   I am so glad you are doing great!   but, I am just thankful to have made it 54 days!   It helps me to get on here every morning and just read ppl just starting their detoxing.   It helps me to remember that I don't want to go thru that again (when I am having a craving) and my heart just goes out to them.  to all of us really.  I am sorry...I don't mean to write you a novel!

Stay strong, sweetie!   Great to hear from you!

Take care of yourself!
