I just wan't to let all of you who are in so much pain, physically,mentaly and emotionaly that you are all in my prayers.

Sometime i get so into myself and feeling so sorry for myself i forget and don't think anyone could have it worse' but then i am always reminded how lucky and blessed i am!!!  Yes i do have hurts, habbits and hangups but i also have a wonderful supporting husband, and a wonderful church family that supports me as well.

Have any of you heard of a program called celebrate recovery?
The church i attend just started this program and it's a 12 step program like AA, NA, CA......... we have a worship service then we break up into small groups.  We study the 12 steps in one group and we share and support each other in another.  we split into m/f, there are different groups for different problems.  drugs, abuse, eating disorders..........

Anyway, like i said i will pray for you all.
