tramadol

tramadol

I had a problem with lortabs. Not as bad as alot of these posts I read. It took me about three days to get off them. I take them once in a while because I do have a medical problem, and I'm in pain alot. My dr. gave me tramadol. They do absolutely nothing for me yet I read about people being addicted to them. They're not a narcotic, are they?

They are a synthetic opiate. They are very addicting , what do you mean "they do nothing for you " they don't get you high or they don't work for your pain?

a car trip, I took one ultram and talked non stop from Oklahoma to Colorado. I felt  t like I was on some kind of speed. I took them for a  few days, but they made me go so fast I  hated it. I can see why someone that likes alot of energy would like them.

To be honest, neither. Then my dr prescribed naproxen to take with the tramadol. It just barely takes the edge off my pain and cramps.

If its not helping then don't continue to take it because of the addiction .there is a muscle relaxer i have had good luck with called zanaflex .it may help you if you want to ask your doctor about it.

Tramadol is dangerous to fool with from what i have read..same for me tho..I never got any high from it nor did i feel much pain relief at 100 mg a day...i did take it as prescribed which was 50 mg twice a day..so I decided not to fool with it...sounds like alot of risk for a weak pain relief drug as far as i was concerned...highly addictive tho from all i read and hear about it...not worth it
