turine/l-taurine

I've been reading the amino acid protocol, with a view to getting as much help as possible quitting codeine. I've bought a few supplements already but thought I might try the things advised in the amino acid protocol too. Like the original poster, I've gone to gnc to try and get the stuff, but wihle I'm having no trouble finding l-tyrosine, l-glutamine, 5HTP and multi minerals/Vitamin B, I can't find l-theanine, andcan only find taurine, which I assume is not the same as l-taurine - am I right about that? and where could I get all the things in one place? I'm in the UK.

I should have also added melatonin to that list, described as essential for those coming off opioids - that's me! Basically, right now I have in my basket, the ester-c and
l-glutamine. I already have l-tyrosine, 5HTP and vitamins/minerals.but where can I get l-theanine, melatonin and l-taurine? I really hope someone who can help reads this tonight because I'd really like to get this stuff ordered...
