ok so its been just over 7 weeks now, i havnt sniffed cocaine, i had one slip up a few weeks ago where i did a few lines but i havnt taken anything up the most damaged side of my nose for 7 weeks. Im proud of my self but I do wish it would heal quicker, fortunatly as some may know i didnt get a hole (phew) i did though have a small dent in the middle of my nose that i could feel from the outside, this im glad to say has finaly started to fill out this week i can barely feel it now so it is healing woohoo, when i look inside it seems to have healed alittle i.e the skin is growing back but very slowly. I realise this may take a while but any one have any idea on a timescale?

When i pulled my nose to one side i could see my septum was bending inwards that too has gone back outwards again a fair bit which is good sign, its just such a slow process i wish there was something that could speed it up. Any ideas/tips would be much appreciated xx

Good to see you and congrats on winning this battle right now:) My best tip is let time heal it as you have already seen improvements. like i said it takes time to heal and what happens is as it heals that skin grows back, but sometimes it will still scab over. it's best to keep it moist and try not to blow your nose as much if you dont' have too. Im not sure you saw your septum though? if you don't have that hole i do believe your nose will heal 100% with time. Since i have a small hole it won't heal that part, but as far as everthing else my nose has healed quite well and im surprised:) your right it is a slow process, but your getting better.

CONGRATS on all that clean time Ib87, you rock

no its hard to explain just where the skin inside had worn away it changed the shape of my nose its something you would have to see for yourself, i think half my problem is aparanoia though lol.

thanx for the congrats, i hope it does hel 100% it still looks wider in there but not as wide as it was so all is good i guess :) i dont have any scabs there i am lucky i just get blocked on one side all the ime and is so annoying not to be able to breath out of two nostrils lol
