valium help

hi i just found this site and was wondering if anyone could help me out with some info about valium?
ive been taking 5 to 10 mg of street valium for the last 2 years and have now stoped.
before that i was taking one 5mg yellow per day for about 2 years.
i started taking them because they helped me with my nerves and to interact in social situations better!
nowthat im comming off them im feeling very unwell, im exeriencing sickness, panic attacks, my whole body feels tight with nerves and im getting paranoid.
can anyone relate to thisand give me a bit of advice?  i would be ever so greatfull!

Valium is long acting benzo that can NOT be stopped abruptly.
You have to taper them off very slowly.

Good news is that all tapering plans for all benzos are switching to valium. You are already there.
I'd go see a Dr and be honest, just tell him/her like it is and establish together a tapering plan.

do not suddenly stop takining benzo's,   You'll need to tapper your dosage down.  Good Luck!
