Wow that is a huge dose to come off of,but you are taking the right step foward. Have you looked at the health pages yet. Top right hand corner you will find it. The thomas recipe seems to help alot olot of people get through withdrawls. The first week is the worst and will get better after that. The axiety will last a bit longer but will also get better. Have you tried to find any NA or AA meetings to go to. They will also help you with this. Keep posting your progress hon.

Hi, I read your other post. LMB01 gave you great advice. You might wanna add tonic water mixed w/juice for better flavor to the list she gave you for RLS if he's not getting relief. Also pick up some Valerian root to help w/ anxiety. Today and tomorrow should be the worst of it. Insomnia will probably drag for a few weeks. But it does get better everyday after day 4-5. Get everything you can afford and have him take it ALL. None of this stuff can hurt him. Just follow label instructions.

Also.. many may disagree w/ this, But if you can see a DR. They can give him something to help w/ anxiety. I have no insurance and went to the ER. They have to see him, but they dont have to help him. Just be honest. Tell them he wants to stop but cant get through these first couple days. They gave me Clonidine and xanax. It helped tremendously w/ the anxiety and whole mental aspect of the w/d's.I had a very noticeable relief within 30 min after the dose given in ER.

He's almost over the hump, and really should be feeling better very soon. Good luck to you both, and keep us posted.
