vicoden withdrawls

been taking vicoden/norco for 3 1/2 years now and I am 48 hours clean what kind of withdrawls should I be expecting I am all ready tired got cramps with the poops restless legs with pain what else is there and how long will they last

You will feel bad for at least 2-3 more days. It is like a really bad Flu. Day 3 & 4 are often times the worst, then it eases up a bit each day after that. Take a look at the health pages(top right) and read the Thomas Recipe and the amino acid posts.

Hang in there!  Day 2,3 and 4 are the worst, but I think Day 4 is better than three...your just more tired of it all at that point.  Day 5 is much better.  After a week, your body has started making major changes to reset it self, and stuff should get better from there.  If the symptoms get to bad, ask your doctor for .1mg of clonidine two or three times a day for a week or two to get you through it.  It will help with most, if not all, of the withdrawal symptoms...it's much better to quit and get a little help from the clonidine than to start again to relieve the withdrawal.  Good luck!

Can one who is taking Adderall (adderrall) take Amino acids like this "Thomas Pecipe"? Just wondering... And as for you peedee59... I so can feel your pain! I was right where you were before taking my butt back to the drs. office. Don't turn back now. I had taken my last dose on Tuesday morning, almost through the worst of it. I couldn't, but you can!

Adderal is really just amphetamine so there is no problem with the amino acids -
