vicodin withdrawal

Hi!  I am a 30 year old female who has been addicted to vicodin 10/325 for about 18 months now.  Not a "huge" addiction, I only take 2 a day.  One in the AM, and one in the PM.  But, nonetheless an addiction.  I take them to calm me, because Ihave such a euphoric feeling when I do take them. I have noticed that when I take a 3rd, which is rarely, I experience violent heart palpitations.  Has anyone else ever noticed this when taking Vicodin or Percocet?  Seemed strange to me, but every time a take a 3rd, it happens.  I appreciate anyone who can offer some advice.

I have been taking these for 18 months and just in the past month have I noticed it.  Saw my cardiologist, got an echocardiogram.....everything looks healthy.  But they are such strong beats sometimes, it causes me a full blown panic attack.  You know, swear I am dying of a heart attack or stroke and cannot calm.  Not an allergy, I'm a nurse and figured this much out.  But, still just want someone to say they experienced the same with Hydrocodone.  Thanks to all of you who have answered so far.

Sometimes I had them like every 15secs or so. I had palpitations before the norco occasionally but the hydrocodone definatley increased the frequency and duration. Google it
