I have never heard of a patch for WD's but this is my first time quitting. I just went cold turkey with a few tramadols here and there to help wtih WD symptoms.
I'm sure someone on here can help though! Good luck!
Our stories are similar. I too had back and neck pain. Pills helped, then they took over. I went c/t because it was easier than tapering. I lacked the will power to reduce dosages. W/Ds lasted about 4-5 days for me. Severe sweats and chills. Hot baths were great. I didn't have much nausea but some have it real bad. Sleeping was a problem. It was very hard to get to sleep. Melatonin helped, so did Xanax and Flexeril. (Muscle relaxer)
After day 5, each day slowly got better. The mental cravings still are there, but they are manageable.
Stay connected.
how bad and how many days did you feel really sick? what was the most common problem during withdrawal.? congrats on the 9 days. i envy you
They could be talking about fentanyl patch, which is just another way to get pain meds in you. Some here go on Suboxone to help with w/ds.
