w/d and amino acids

I can't stress enough to you guys to go get some amino acid suppliments to help with your w/d's. I honestly feel so much better in only 2 days of taking them. I bought mine at Wal-Mart, $15, Designer Whey chocolate protein drink and it actually even tastes great. Just like chocolate milk, gotta love it.

Theres another brand at Wal-Mart called Six Star whey protien (hardcore) it has even more aminos then the ones he mentioned. You suffer a lil on taste becuase anything that says Hardcore for supplements is just that u sacrafice on taste for quality. After your 4th shake you get use to the taste and it starts to taste like chocolate milk. If u can get your hands on regular Six Star whey chocolate protien i am 100% you will be very satisfied. If u dont take 3 shakes a day like me and want something that taste like a real milk shake go online or to a local Gym just not GNC cause there expensive get Muscle Milk brand protien. That stuff is omg tasty and its basically a meal in itself when u eat a piece of fruit with it. So to recap Six star (hardcore) chocolate for quality but - taste get Six star regular protien chocolate for taste or get Muscle milk for unbelievable taste and quality but u pay 12dollars more then the latter.

I use mezo tec protien drinks I LOVE THEM ....plus I take L tyrosene, working out I think has made a big diff with W/Ds and long term cravings.

Yay there are millions of suppliments out there thats why health and fitness are one of the biggest markets now a days. Im just refering to what ive used and i dont recomend anything that ive never tried myself. :) also i pinch pennies when it comes to suppliments so i can buy top of the line creatine and Nit. oxide suppliments. and whole foods.
