was addicted to xanax ok to take again?

if you were addicted to xanax and have been off it for a little over a month, if you took one would you be addicted right away again?  thanks

everyone is different..some experience full blown withdrawl (withdrawal) from taking something once after they haven't for awhile..
What is the need for the xanax???

I am having some bad anxiety. I was on it for 3 years and decided to get off it in jan havnt had one since feb 2nd.

well.. its your choice.. remember where you came from.. I too suffer from anxiety disorder and I know how you feel. but be careful.. once addicted always addicted.. I too  take xanax but very rarely only when i have a panic attack.

my doctor said i wouldnt and to keep some around but i dont know if its to soon.

it may be too soon.. if you are having any doubts I wouldn't do it.. tommorrow go pick up some L-theanine it is herbal for anxiety.  works well.. makes you a little sleepy though. do something to keep you distracted from the anxiety.. i know its hard. try to relax and breathe it out. I am here if you wanna talk.
