weight gain on methadone
ive been on done for about 8 months and i have gained 40 pounds in the past 5 months, i recently purchased a colon cleanse and acai pills but its not stoping the sugar cravings and im terrified bout gaining more weight, im thinking bout quiting the program im so desperate any advice on loosing weight while on methadone.

HI the weight gain is tuff to get around I switched sugar for sweet n low that helped a bit your best bet is get into a gym and work out ultimately its to get off the methadone but your problem is fairly common when your ready to come off the stuff look me up I can help good luck and God bless........Gnarly
