weight loss and withdrawls

I am on day 5 the withdrawls I am dealing with are minor but my question is in the last 5 days I have lost 12 pounds I still can't eat anything of substance only a little soup and water. Has anyone else delt with this I mean is it normal??? I have been taking vitamins and I do try and eat but if I have to chew it then it comes back up (sorry so graphic). I guess i'm asking is there anything I can eat that will stay where its put?   :)

Thanks for the info I have a sample of a protein shake I'll try that i'm just tired of the "hungry" feeling and not being able to do anything about it but you never know maybe this will also help me change my eating habits and in the end be slimmer and clean!!  :)

p.s
the fight has just begun but the biggest thing on my side is my faith in god and I know he will get me thru it not unscathed but better for the fight......

yep that was me too.  Food was = i mean just to look at it, made me sick.  Couldn't eat for the first week, neither could my husband and we are foodaholics!  I bought those Ensure shakes.  They will give you vitamins and some protein.  Just wait-you will want to devour anything you can get your hands on, soon and know you are gonna be okay :)

Very normal.  I lost 15 lbs in two weeks during detox last year.  Actually, one of the better side effects...haha.  Your appetite will come back.  Just make sure you are getting plenty of liquids and try protein shakes (GNC).  They are packed with goodness and are easier to deal with than solid food early on.  There will come a day soon when you will devour a large pizza and all will be well.

Keep fighting...
