weird dizziness on day 9

I am on Day 9 off hydros been on up to 3 per day for 5 years.  I dont' think my wd's were that bad at least not as bad as some i've read on here. I actually thought I was pretty much done. The first couple of days I had that restless thing going on where I couldn't hardly sit still and I didn't sleep the first few nights. But I don't have the restless thing where I have to move anymore but all of a sudden tonight I am feeling very light headed and dizzy. I don't know what is going on. I take trazadone to help me sleep (not every night) and tylenol and aspirin if I have any pain, but I haven't taken anything tonight. Anyone know what could be causing this dizziness. I have been eating ( that was nver a problem unfortunately)  Also I take 10 mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I have no clue just keep an eye on it and if it contues more then a week go see a doctor .

I have been clean for 45 days from a dose of Hydro that sounds close to yours. I have dizzy spells too, but I don't know if it's related to withdrawl (withdrawal). They seem to come out of nowhere most of the time, but some days I feel lightheaded most of the day. I'm going to try and see a neurologist for that and other issues. I'm inclined to think the dizziness is wd related though, I don't recall having that problem before detox. I'm taking Trazadone too. I wonder if it could have something to do with it. I'll pay more attn. to whether I feel dizzy more the day after taking it to sleep. There are all kinds of things going on in our bodies when we quit opiates. If it keeps up or gets worse you might want to see a Dr about it.
