Hi nik:

The usual dose for xanax is 3-6 mgs per day.  10 mgs is a lot, and depending on  your health, weight, age, etc, if might be dangerous or it might just make you sleep.   Don't take that amount again.

The maximum dose of acetaminophen has changed from 4000 to 3000 mgs. a day.   Did you take JUST the acetaminophen, or was it in a pill that also contained an opiate---like Vicodin or Percocet?

4500 mgs of acetaminophen will put a strain on the liver.  If you drank any alcohol, you could be in serious trouble (never, EVER take acetaminophen with booze, or for a hangover.)

Why did you take so much of it?  Just curious.

We aren't doctors, and we don't know anything about you, so the standard answer you're going to get is:  see a doctor.   It's probably the best thing to do.   Good luck.

I think the Xanax would just put you to sleep, that's a fairly high dose. I'm not 100% but I think that level of of acetaminophen may be lethal, I'd get checked out
