what is the different between norco, vicodin, oxycottin

i have a question what is the different between vicodin, norco,Oxycontin  (not sure is i am spelling it right  sorry if i did not ) someone had told me the norco is one step up from  vicodin and one step down from Oxycontin i would just like to know if they are right. i am on norco right now for 2 hurrinetad disc in my back well i think and it me it feels like 3 because i have one on the up part and that one dose not hurt and 2 the ones that hurts the most between l4 and l5 in my lower back  that unless i have my meds witch happen to be 800mg motion 1 3 time a day and the norco 2 3 to 4 times a day  and nuronton as well 2 3 to 4 times a day.i have been trying to just keep it to 2 to 3 times a day because i don't like taking pills but if it works them i don't mind doing it i just sometimes i am in more pain then other days. from what my doctor has told me that that is normal with the kind of problem that i have.  thanks all court

Norco in a compund containing hydrocodone and acetaninophen....vicodin is the same (hydrocodona) and a slightly larger amount of acetaminophen.

OXYcodone is slightly stronger than hydro - its merely a CONTINuos release form of the OXY......not to be chewed or sniffed. - thus : oxycontin...........good luck
