what the hell

2 weeks  off methadone last week was ok  but sleep was rough legs twitch doctor gave me a few atavan .it ruined everything .yeh it helped sleep a little .after they were gone it was like . first days withdraws all over. if any one quitting methadone.dont go this route.how stupid could i have been.

if your still having a hard time, ask your doctor about clonidine , not klonopin

and addiction is one of the other purposes it is used for, nonaddictive and helped me get off methadone...i used it for about 2 weeks total, it was a lifesaver for me...

hang in there friend. Methadone is a real hard one to deal with..you will have good days and bad..if your legs are really bothering you, you could also get a rx called requip..it is for RLS..it is not a benzo like ativan. Also try getting some exercise everyday..take a long walk..it does help. Your doing great and pretty soon this will all be behind you
