what to do about the knot in my stomach

I am day 10 off the methodone 25mg. c/t.I actually feel pretty good today,except for the knot in my stomach.What can  I do about it? I do the breathing,sometimes it helps a little other times it doesn't.I don't want to take any prescription medication so is there a natural remedy anyone knows of,perhaps an herb or vitamin?????

Can you go for a walk? I hear this sometimes helps. Earlier someone recommended papaya pills or something like that....its in another post.

my stomach would actually make so much noise i could not sleep....if i turned on my stomach it would quit...it was embarassing in public....i would sleep with the tv on to drown out my rumbling tummy...heat helps on the tummy too...relaxes it...rice bag heated in the microwave helped mine

I am soooo proud of you! having come off a fair amount c/t is very difficult to say the least! Why I thought jumpin' of 65 was wise...hmmm can't tell ya..lol but i did it and you are done with that nightmare..Just keep going..those knots will take a little more time to go away..Congrats and the biggest hug ever!!
