You can get Hylands Restless Leg for the RLS and try Melatonin for the sleep issues. they are both otc and natural. Good luck and hang in there!!

Try the "Hyland's " brand. Very small bottle . Can be found in most pharmacutical sections of the grocery stores or definitely at a pharmacy..

There are a couple varieties. One called "leg cramps" and another called "restful legs" I believe

Sessy~      You need to increase your fluid intake with water, juices and gatorade. I don't know if Hylands' is sold in the UK. If not, get some tonic water and sip on that. It's the quinine that helps.   Also, start taking a good multi vitamin with minerals.

Good luck~

i bet you will start feeling better by day 4. thats when i started to feel better. now the stomach issues may go on a little bit longer. i am on day 10 today and my tummy is still a little upset. nothing like it was tho.

but good for you on day 3. i didnt think i would ever return to normal and that almost caused me to cave in thinking taking a pill would be better than this. but i am glad i didnt give in. like i said day 10, it is about 7am here and i feel pretty good. i fell asleep around 10 last night and only woke up once.

you are doing great so, hang in there and i promise you will feel better.
good luck to you, dede

I couldn't find highlands in the uk. The tonic water is a good idea. I drank loads of leading brand (not the cheap asda/telco stuff cuz not as much quinine in) tonic water and that helped me.

Oh just thought if you get tonic water get sugar free as too much sugar won't help with the sleep.
