We must be in line together. I'm in the middle of day 12 myself. I'm feeling the same way. Certain body aches are still here and I'm not sleeping worth ****. I was hoping I would have been feeling a little bit better by now. It's good to here someone is still with me. There were several of us that started together and I'm not sure where they're at? I can only hope they're still on track.
I was at 12 oxy's a day. At certain times over the last couple of days, the cravings have been difficult as well.
It would be interesting to see how many times a day I check this site out. Everytime I pick up my computer I know I'm coming here to see if there is anything new that can help me out. Or just to see how everyone is doing.
Anyway,
Good Luck Big,
Let's stay focused together.

I am a bit behind you upnorthguy and bigbybe- but feel the same, I is really good to have the company.
Sleep and fatique are currently my biggest problems. The cravings are mostly gone, for now at least, I have been taking Xanax for sleep. I do worry about that. I do not really like the benzos, (which is why I have a 2 yr old almost full rx in the cabinet) but physiologic dependence is possible....the otc meds have not worked for more that 3 hrs and then I am up the rest of the night.
Last night, as I was feeling a bit better during the day and was a bit more active, I took only melatonin and some sleepy tea, I slept on my own until 2:00 and then caved by 3pm and took a xanax.
I wonder if I should try to get some Ambien CR - any thoughts? I do hate to become dependent on another drug but I do think that sleep has such an impact on mood and coping skills all of which of part of the cause of the abuse of the pills for me.
rock on.....

What snowflake said. The Valerian root and melatonin have worked for me too. I'm not sleeping all night, but I'll get between 4 - 6 hours total. I also have a half glass of wine before going to bed and that helps with the falling asleep. The other two will help you stay asleep. Benedryl also can help.
Good luck 13093.

thanks for the luck...
