will I go through withdrawals

I've been switched from Norcos to pecocets and I'm wondering if I will go through withdrawals when I switch. I will be out of my norcos tomorrow and I'm so scared. I've been taking Norcos for eight months and the doctor wants me to switch so I wont take to many pills. I hate that I'm dependent on these damn pills. Please can someone let me know what to expect.

That link is from the health pages.  It is an OPINION from another user, but might help to look at it.  Increasing opiate strength should require less pills if you aren't dependent or addicted to them. Didn't work for me.....I became addicted to ANY PAIN PILL.

they are the same, some will tell you the perc's are stronger, but that i think is that all meds work different on each person.
did the dr lower the amount of dose or up it?

Percs are stronger than norcos so you won't experience any withdrawals.

Hello and welcome.
your dr has replaced your norco's with perc's.
is there a lapse in days until you get the new scrip?
how many mg norco?
how many mg perc?
