Prepare yourself for a long fite. The "vic on your mind" will be that last thing to leave your mind. You are only at day 3 from a taper so you have just begun. Its a great start and you need to be tuff but you also need to be prepared. Also a drastic taper is no better than just going ct, its actually worse. If you are going to taper drastically than you should just jump ship and flush the pills.

i think after day 3 it gets sooooo much better. Dont expect a miracle out of that Thomas recipe and you will be happy with it, I guess i expected it to take my w/ds completely away, and well as we know  nothing is going to do that. I beleive w/ds are nessecary to feel, remember, and understand, so that it will give us a reason to stay clean. Just remember that getting clean is only part of the problem, stayin clean is the hard part,  aftercare is a must, start it now. Good luck!

but you are only 3 days into this and you are wondering if you will ever get vics off of your mind?  It takes time.  Be patient and strong....
