what will relieve withdrawal symptoms from hydrocodone? Are there any over the counter reliefs?

yes, have a look at the health pages, pls, and read the aminos acid and thomas recipe ...there are some good advices. you can expect a sort of a flu and try to keek calm cause it can be done... :)


lots of hot baths, bananas, gatorades, start with the vitamins the third day or whenever you feel better ...try also  some walks even if you don't feel like walking.....if you try to  exercise as soon as possible this  is gonna help you tons..what else ? some otc remedy for the dhiarrea...

How much were you taking and how long have you been on it.  I was on 4 or 5 10mg pills a day for six months for a back condition. I have been off of it for 3 weeks now.  I quit cold turkey, and the first week was not fun!!!  But I feel so much better now, and have learned alot from these people.  Listen to them and they can help you, as they helped me.  Good Luck to you.
