withdrawal

  Hi, I was wondering if any of u feel really weak when going through withdrawal?  Like it's just really hard to even go up the stairs?  It's also hard to even get a deep breath.  OMG when does it end???!!!!

   Hey guys, thanks for the comments.  I'm not even all the way off methadone yet, I'm tapering and on 2.5mg a day now, almost done, I can't wait!  I've just been trying to give my body time to adjust to each drop.  I feel pretty awful now so I can only imagine what's to come!.........Teri  :)

When I was in withdrawals, I had terrible weakness.  Just walking from one room to another was a huge effort.  My legs were so heavy!  I also had increased anxiety and felt like I couldn't get enough air in my lungs.  I used Valerian Root and found it to be very helpful.

Yes I get so weak I can't get out of bed.to eat or drink. Its important to try and stay active tho. The worst is over after 3 days

Yes honey we all feel that way. What day are you on? I promise it will pass. I'm almost a month clean and I have energy now. It isn't the same energy I had on pills but its my very own and I love it. Are you taking vitamins?
