withdrawl from paxil

I was on paxil about 6 months it did not do the trick so my Dr took me off cold turkey to put me on wellbutrin after one week no drugs. I immediately have been having trouble with tingling shortness of breath dizziness heart pains etc... I called my Dr and complained after 5 days of feeling like s--t I called again she told me to start my wellbutrin today. I feel like **** dizzy when a move tingleing etc. Please help. ***@****
