Great job on 5 days now. How many were you taking and for how long? usually the worst w/d's should be over in 5 or 6 days with lingering effects afterward. I am sorry your in pain. Someone more familar with percs will come on here soon. Hang in there.

Read up on your addiction. Look in the Health pages here near the top right of page. Get started on a rigorous vitamin and amino acid program along with exercise. It can be a battle getting through the cruds after quitting. It takes the body time to heal itself, physically and mentally. You didn't get where you are in a week, it will take awhile to feel normal.

The worst of your physical symptons should be better soon.  Thats not to say you will feel "GREAT" but better.  It does indeed take a while.  Above is correct- exercise and vitamins can help a lot.  More than you would think for many differnet reasons.  Exercise for example not only helps alleviate achy body pains, but also helps create much needed endorphins.  Try it.  Feeling 'normal' is a whole other battle.  But keep fighting - you will feel better if you keep at it.  And congrats on 5 days!
