Thanx guys. I'm withdrawing from codeine was on 30 tabs a day. They had 12 mg of codine in a tab I've come down 2 14 tabs hav been on 14 tabs 4 2 days n 2 Moro I will go to 10 tabs n stay on 10 for 3 or 4 days n TRY 2 continue down in that way. Wat do u guys think??? I hav been on 30 tabs 4 about 10 months  but it's not always 30 tabs it goes down then backup

There may also be a county treatment facility.  They usually cost less than other treatment facilities.

Depends on your situation, but you may need to go to a treatment facility.  Or sometimes your regular doctor can help. But there is help out there!!

There might be an addictionologist in your area - have you tried to google one for the town that you're in?  That might be a good place to start.

What are you withdrawing from and for how long now?  I'm sure many of us here can offer some suggestions but we just need a little more info from you.
