withdraws

i am going  thru vicodin withdraws i been taking vicodin for about 4 months   about 6 a day  is there anything over the counter i can use for sleep and the restless legs and pain i havent slept in 2 days   i been throwing up and running a fever  headaches

well, the good news is, you're almost through the worst of it.

as for sleep, i would try one of the nighttime pm otc drugs.. as well, there is an herbal remedy at Whole Foods called Simply Sleep that is really good.

you really are almost through the worst though, so keep hanging on to that!  you are almost there buddy - really.

I have been on vicodins for almost a year. I am very addicted to them.  Recently my doctor found out that I was getting vicodins from different doctors.  I am not longer able to get vicodins from any doctor.  I am having terrible withdraws.  My whole body aches, I feel like I'm losing my mind!  How long does this last and is there anything I can do to help it.
