We are not allowed to give advice on whether or not you will or will not pass a drug test.  The best thing to do is not to go around it.  There is no reason you should put yourself in a room where someone is smoking it.  Whether you have had, do have, or never had an addiction problem you have to be able to let people know that you are not going to be around them if they are using.
