ok guys here we go again.....i was prescribed 1mg of clonazepam about 3 to 4 months ago i only took it as needed before bed for anxiety....also it is helping me now thru the sub wds.....but i only take 1 maybe 1.5 if it is super severe...now...for my question....i stopped taking clonazepam about 3 wks ago and it was for about a week....i really didnt have too much trouble sleeping except for one night and had some benadryl...now during that week do you think that the subs may have covered the wd from the pams.....i was a little wired had some anxiety but nothing crazy...now i am terrified that when i am coming off of the sub that i will then go thru wds from the pams but i swear i do not abuse them....i took half of one earlier and half of one later on bc my anxiety was sooooooooooo bad no kidding detoxing off subs...o gosh ok so the question is with the small amount i am taking and since i just recently stopped what are your guys opinion when it comes to the clonazepams.....god wish i never took anything in my life....everything is freaking addicting they are trying to turn us into a nation of zombies who believe we have to have something, but then play games with giving and taking to keep us in a vicious cycle...im sorry guys just venting i know we are all responsible for ourselves but you know i am so upset...i called my sub doc who is now out of state explained to her how fast i tapered and couldnt get into a doc here bc i didnt have the cash let her know how sick i was.....she would call me in a script to taper more she suggested a freggin methadon clinic are you kidding me...im glad she didnt call it in i am strong n i will beat this...so any advice about the pams helps since i took my 1mg already i think i am just going to take some benadryl tonight and stay away from anymore pams for the day...dont wna push it. i have to to this for me but i also have to do it for my baby girl....she deserves that much

Klonopin is highly addictive and can be HELL to come off of NOT to mention you are never supposed to CT off of it because of seizures risks .Seen as you only took it as needed I am not sure if that is what it is from .Do you think you were taking some every day ?If it keeps up you might want to consider tapering back off of it slowly to give your body time to adjust to not having it .

My best friend and roommate is bi polar and takes clonazapam and he told me his doctor told him that clonazapam is one of the most addicting medications out there.  I have taken them in the past, but have never been addicted to them, so I wouldn't personally know about withdrawls, but since being a member of this site, I believe that just about anything that is prescribed can be addicting and cause withdrawls when you stop.  Time is the only true cure.  Good luck.
