please tell me it ends.. withdrawling from xanax, day 9. when is going to end. I dont see hope. cant sleep, eat, move, think, work,walk,talk....... type even..

I don't know anything about xanax, but I just wanted to say that Day 9, you are doing really really great! I'm pretty sure it will subside soon, just hang in there!

No, please tell me you tapered.  Cold turkey from xanex can kill you, cause brain seizures and irreparable brain damage.  Hopefully you were on a low dose.  If you can, get yourself to the Benzobuddies withdrawal forum.  They are great and can help you taper.  Check with a doctor right away please.

I hope that you arent trying to do this cold turkey my husband was taking xanax recreationally while I was pregnant with my son I had no clue that he was even using! until I got a call from his work telling me that they were taking him to a local hospital bc he had a seizure come to find out he hadnt had any in three days and had been taking massive quantities! So I am here to tell you that rapidly detoxing from xanax can and will create seizures!!!

I feel you're pain. I too am currently on xanax and let me say "dont quit" you have my full support and when you get done you will live a drug free clean xanax life, that reward is best thing can have. I know effects and withdrawls, be strong. Don't be tempted. You're almost there.
