zanax

just wondereding if anyone else has had a dependency on zanaz? even while taking suboxone i craved zanax really bad.

Hi,
My daughers name is Lynn! so nice name.!!
I took xanax for 20 years. I was taking about 10mg a day.
The doctor that gave it to me retired and I went to a new dr
He said the xanax was to addicting & he switched me to klonopin.
I also did on the side morphine & vic's. I noticed within 12 hours that the klonopin was totally different then the xanax. Nothing worked better on my anxiety then the xanax.I started taking suboxine in June. I had no withdrawl from the opiates that I really felt, but I notice the anxiety some, it's just not as intense. It feels like it did when I was on klonopin, so I guess I am learning to control my anxiety some. Nothing stopped my racing heart like xanax, So mentally I miss it like crazy & crave it but I will not take it ever again b/c I can't take the chance of getting kicked out of the suboxine program for a dirty urine.

welcome , we have a few people addicted to xanax .The sub would not help for xanax addiction at all its not a narcotic .how much are you taking.

i think zanax is worse to come off of than percs or vikes.....bad withdrawals
