zicam

Well, after 32 days off oxy I have became super sick. Don't think it is related. Who knows though?
I was diagnosed with a severe upper respiratory infection. Decided to take Zicam. My nose was raw from blowing, running, and spraying nose spray up there. The Zicam burnt so bad- it turned my entire right eyeball completely blood red. I feared I had blew a capillary or something. Why does this stuff happen to me- has anyone else had a Zicam disaster?

Snorting zinc is harsh, especially if you are already raw. Get some ashwaghanda and take 3x per day. It works as well as antibiotics with no side affects.
