Help me please- pregnant and did speed

Hi everyone I am new here, been looking for a helpful support site for a while now. I hope am in the right place.

For various reasons- heartache, pain, living in a verbally abusive marriage,- I began using speed/crystal pretty much daily for about 4 months. This was a terrible decision on my part and even writing this makes me sick, but I need help answering some important questions so I'm trying to be brave and own up to my mistakes.

-- I just found out I am pregnant.  --

I've never been pregnant before so I'm feeling very scared, (because I'm pretty clueless about pregnancy in general) sick (hot flashes, nausea, headaches, anxiety) and sad for the baby and the struggling relationship I am harming. I'm not sure how far along I am... I missed my period 2 weeks ago and took 4 pregnancy tests that all showed positive. I don't know how far along that makes me...  What I need help figuring out is have I done damage to the baby and if so, how badly? I hate to even have to ask this but should I consider abortion?
I also need help figuring out if it's ok to stop cold turkey with this drug. Since I've never used it nor anything else like it, I just don't know.
I'm in a state of total panic and extreme sadness. Thank you for any judgement-free help and answers anyone can provide.

Thanks for the help everyone. I'm still not sure I know what to do. There's no way I can talk to my Obgyn about this and unless anonymous clinics exist, I'm not sure who else I could talk to. From the doctors answer- well, it's vague. Julia, should I assume I've already done damage and may have a baby with birth defects even though I stopped? If that's the case I think I should have an abortion. I just need to know if that's what your saying- that it's already too late. .

Meth during pregnancy can be very detrimental to the baby. It can cause a baby to be very small at birth or to be born very premature. It can also cause multiple various birth defects.   There is a chance that your baby will be OK. Only, of course, if you stop all drugs from now on, eat healthy, stay hydrated with non-caffeinated, non-diet drinks (no sugar substitutes except for stevia) and continue with moderate exercise. Make sure you get careful prenatal care and be honest with your doctor about your use. If you don't trust your OB enough to be honest with them, find one that you do trust.
Every pregnant future mom worries about the outcome of her pregnancy, even in the best possible circumstances things can and do go wrong. But there is always hope and grace. Good luck to you.

You can stop cold turkey,  the baby will be fine because of how early on in pregnancy you are.  My advice though is,  please quit, do it for your child,  put it before you,  and you will be a stronger woman knowing what a great mother you already are and will be.  I have had bad pregnancies And no children,  be thankful for this blessing.  Good luck,  you can do it

Do the best you can. Only you know if its the right time to bring a child in this world. What affects one fetus has no effect on another. Drugs will do damage but there is no set guideline to how much. Best of luck!!!
