Lower dosage

I went to the doctor and he lowered my dosage to 7.5. I want to be totally free. What should I do? I'm afraid that I'll never be free from these pills. How do I help myself at home?

Your doctor is probably trying to titrate you down so you won’t feel such discomfort while going through the withdrawal. There is no reason to be afraid of not being able to stop these drugs, especially when you have a doctor following you through the process. The anxiety is normal but if you stay away from sugars , sodas and caffeine it should be ok. Usually is 3 to 5 days of a bad flu and then things will get start getting better. I wish you success and an easy road through it.
