MY HUSBAND IS AN ACHOLIC

I JUST WANT TO KNOW IS THEIR ANY WAY I CAN HELP MY HUSBAN I FEEL LIKE I'M JUST SITTING,AROUND WATCHING HIM KILL HIM SELF.HE BUY'S AN BOTTLE OF VOCKA EVERY NIGHT AND DRINK ALEAST A HALF A BOTTLE A NIGHT.HE SAY'S HE DRINK'S TO FOR GET,AND PASSE'S OUT EVERY NIGHT.AND WHEN HE DRINK'S HE LIKE'S TO START ARGUEING WITH ME AND MY SON.WHEN HE DONT HAVE A DRINK HE'S NICE BUT HIS HAND'S START'S TO SHAKE,AND WHEN HE GET THE FIRST DRINK HE WANT'S TO TALK **** TO EVERYONE.HE SAY'S HE WANT TO BE WITH HIS MOTHER,HE REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT LIVEING FOR ME AND THE KID'S

I strongly recommend that you search out and use the resources of al-anon;  this is the only thing they are about, and you will find people who have walked in your shoes and who have found a way to cope.  The short answer is that no, you cannot get your husband to stop drinking;  your best solution will be to protect yourself and your children.
