Masturbating Addiction

Hi Doc. im 'Gandibaat' 20 year old,i am addicted of masturbations, i read every where that masturbation is good for health but i am getting weak everyday & my knees & joints of my body are hurting what should i do, should i kill my self ?

There is no link between masturbation and any of those symptoms, poor diet and lack of exercise are more likely the culprit. To be safe, I recommend a work-up with your primary care physician to check for rheumatoid arthritis.

As a side note: while there is no direct connection between masturbating and your issues, your religious beliefs may be causing you stress, which you should discuss with your religious leader and a psychologist to talk about your fears and worries.

But Doc. I masturbate too much two three times a day, & now i am having dark circles, I can't sleep on time, I woke up at midnights, my joints are hurting, I feel too tired, Help Me Docter.!

G-d forbid that you should do anything so drastic. It is completely normal for young people to masturbate. It should not cause any of the symptom you mention above, which make me advise you to see a doctor as soon as possible to get a thorough physical exam and make sure that there is nothing wrong. Please do not associate your physical symptoms with something that is a normal act for most twenty year old. You are not doing anything wrong and if you are feeling poorly, it has nothing to do with it and needs to be checked out. My best wishes to you and feel better.
