Well tramadol is not an opiate and itis Not a narcotic. Though u need a prescription to have it and yes I've seen ppl that have formed a habit to it and that's because it enhances our " feel good receptors" and by doing that it tricks our brains into thinking that we are happy marvelous and wonderful lol however as both of us know it certainly isn't the same as taking 30 10s :) !!!  As far as ur symptoms are concerned, obviously u have a doctor and they should run a full blood work up on ya and make sure ur liver enzymes r ok and that ur cell counts are ok. Just remember it took u years to get urself like this so it's gonna take more then a week to get u better. Ur body is turning against ya cause it wants all them opiates and it's not getting it so get a heating pad for ur back and drink a ton of fluids and ur prob gonna have night sweats and cold chills for a bit so plan on taking lots of showers. Another thing is u need to get into some patient therapy and I don't know what state ur in but most every state has programs to help pay for inpatient treatment or outpatient treatment or some kind of counseling cause all those ppl u thought u were tight with ain't coming around to hang anymore unless they call to see if u have slipped up and started using again cause don't get it twisted they love all that money u begged, borrowed and stole to get those pills lol .....this will get easier but I won't lie it's gonna b hard for a bit but stay strong and don't keep ur thoughts and feelings bottled up. If ur struggling then tell ur doctor and tell ur therapist. There is a ton of other available treatments out there that can help with the withdrawal symptoms so u can get and keep a job and not be sick for 6 months ... U need to educate urself on ur disease. That's what this is. Treat it the same way u would if u found out u had some disease from ur dr and look stuff up on the Internet and talk to healthcare professionals that are familiar with addiction. I say that because u will notice how many people think they know about addiction but I've talked to doctors that don't have a clue so don't settle on just one persons word. Check things out!!! Ok now that's said I'm sorry I write like I txt half the time and my spelling is crazy and that's cause it's all done by my iPhone and it's suppose to b smart but ummm nope lol :) .... Stay strong and know ur options and whatever u do, keep ur eye on the ball an remember a clean and sober life is better then chasing those demons everyday and beating the streets every night!!! U can do this!!! If u happen to have a slip, get back up and dust urself off and get back on that horse cause staying healthy and clean is ur new priority!!! Good luck friend

There is no way for me to say what those symptoms mean. You need to see a doctor and get a physical. However, I can tell you that by switching to Tramadol you are not "clean". Tramadol is an opiate and it is as hard to get off of it as any other opiate. Do not stop it abruptly. Please check yourself out with your physician to make sure nothing bad is going on, and take good care of yourself.
