One time use of ectasy, cocaine, mescaline and LSD will be detectable in your blood for 1-2 days.  For regular users they may stay in for longer, perhaps 3 days.
One time use of heroin, opium and codeine will probably stay in your system for 1-3 days.  For regular users, they will stay in for 5-7 days.
One time use of marijuana will be detectable for 1-2 days.  The more you use and the more often you use, the longer it will stay in your system.  For very heavy, daily user, it can stay in your system up to 28 days.
Of course, these are all approximate times, since it all depends your body size and other metabolic variations.
For more accurate information you can contact a local laboratory.  They may give you this kind of information.  Good luck.
