Steroid and stimulant Drug abuse and possible anxiety?

I am 25 hears old and just start suffering anxiety in the past 4 weeks. I used to take steroids and party drugs and am constantly worried i have something wrong with me because of it. What can i do?

Thank you for the reply. I have had blood tests which all showed fine and a 24hr ecg which said i have bradycardio my sleeping bpm gets as low as 33! But the doctor said its normal pulmary function? Is there any other tests worth having just to make sure? As its my heart n lungs that i dont think feel to good. Its 6 months since i took anything aswell.

If you have stopped harming yourself with the above mentioned drugs, you are still young and your body will be able to heal itself as long as it is provided with healthy nutritious food, plenty of hydration and consistent moderate exercise. I would also suggest that you get a full physical exam so that you do not have to waste your energy on being anxious over something that may or may not be there. If everything is fine, than take care of the body you have and stop suffering unneeded anxiety. If you have already done some damage, let's fix it and not obsess about it. Good luck.
