Be sure to use the doctor-finder sites at suboxone.com and at suboxone-directory.com;  you can also post your info at www.suboxforum.com and see if anyone knows of a doc in that area.  The directories show a number of docs within an hour or two of that area;  I'm sure that many are full, but sit down with a phone and keep calling.

You should also be trying your best to stay clean through the steps;  I am suggesting 12 step programs because in your area, that is likely to be what is available.  If you are willing to go to any lengths to maintain sobriety, you are in a position where a step program will be helpful.
