Hi I had a really bad tramadol addiction and am one day away from them. Would it shorting the withdrawal time by goin to the gym and using the pool and the steam room to sweat out all the bad in my body out
I believe if you can exercise a bit it may help you produce endorphins faster, which is what will make you feel better. Regarding sauna and sweating, I would not recommend it. Usually when you withdrawal, you are already losing too many fluids, which can be dangerous if in excess. Listen to your body through the withdrawal. Make sure to do it in a safe manner and if at any point you feel too much distress, please contact a doctor.
