dirty urine test

hi doctor. i was wondering...if i put my urine loaded with opiates in my fridge for two weeks. and, it was tested. will the opiates still be there? or, do they go away after time? one other question...if the same urine went into the fridge a few days left in a air tight container. will that affest it? i know its a starnge question. but, its important to me, thank you.
