how can i get off of pain pills

I need help how t get off of painmeds as my family isn't helping because they don't understand I feel so alone and is embarrassing I can't even start my day with the simpliest task a bath please help

I am on day 3 of kicking Perc's / Oxy's. i have gone cold turkey and am feeling way better today. What is your situation? What pills? Home life? etc. For starters you're really going to have to want this. if you don't really want the poison gone, forget trying. I "tried" 3 times before and made it a whopping day and a half at best. This time I know I want nothing more to do with it. Post back. This helped me tons when I got cravings.
