suboxone help

I was prescribed suboxone for pain a month ago the doctor gave me 2- 8mg films she said take 2mg first day I did and it immediatly made me.sick.....so I was told.to lower my dose I have been taking 1/8   (tiny peice) a day for a month I decided it wasnt helping and she told me taper down so took 1/4 the past few weeks today is day 2 no sub and im feeling a lil tired and anxiety almost r away after not taking them.  Should my withdrawls be long after such a short use?  Or is the worst over its not all that bad i take gabapentin at night and it helps as well and I sleep fine.  Any advice?

You might be feeling relatively well because you are taking gabapentin which we often use to attenuate symptoms of withdrawals. It is also helpful that you tapered down so slowly. Because Suboxone is very long acting you may still have some withdrawals ahead and I recommend that you try some chelated magnesium ate residual symptoms of insomnia and depression can last another few nd Valerian before sleep.
Thus, it is not easy, but it gets better and better over time and you can look forward to a drug free healthy energetic you in the future.  The best thing you can do is take good care of yourself, eat healthy food, stay hydrated, keep active and busy. Stay away from sugar, soda, and simple carbs. Do not consume caffeine at least 6 hours prior to bedtime.
