suggestions on how to withdraw

can anyone direct me to a withrawal plan for cocodamol ? I currently take 2 cocodamol  tablets ( 30/500) 4 times per day- my pain specialists advised dose. I NEVER take more than I'm prescribed .

I live  with chronic pain but would like to try going without any medication to see  how I feel  and whether I could cope with the pain. Many thanks !

Start by dropping 1 (one) pill from the second dose of the day......then from the third dose....then from the fourth dose....finally from the first dose.  Do this with several days between drops of dose. Then cut the second dose out altogether. Then drop the 4th dose entirely.....and then eliminate the morning and afternoon doses as tolerated.  Unless you want to just stop taking them and see how you do ...... You dont mention how long you have been taking them...
